Lazy_expunge issue...
...to fix.
Problem can be reproduced this way:
1)Create with horde a folder "extern"
2)Create a subfolder "extern/subfolder"
3) copy some messages into extern and some into subfolder (in my test 5
messages each)
4) verify quota usage:
root at gold:# doveadm quota get -u testimap2.csia at unipd.it

i have and fts_autoindex = yes and break-imap-search set, but afaik the
lattter should only take effect on searches
