Dear R users I have a data set which has five variables. One depenedent variable y, and 4 Independent variables (education-level, householdincome, countrygdp and countrygdpsquare). The first two are data corresponding to the individual and the next two coorespond to the country to which the individual belongs to. I have samba 3 configured and running fine as a PDC with LDAP as the back end user database. I have most users using roaming profiles but there are a few I would like to be able to only have local profiles. Is it possible to configure samba to use both types of profile rather than one or the other. I have the profile path set on each user account in LDAP as the field

...ware 10 system and am having problems getting my XP Pro machines to join the domain. Whenever I try to add a machine to the domain the error "the remote procedure call failed" is shown. When I look at the samba log file I see the entry "api_fd_reply: INVALID PIPE HANDLE: 746f" cooresponding to the time I tried to add the machine. Hi, I am using winbind with nsswitch to resolve user and group information from an AD. I was under the impression that the "template primary group" directive would set the primary group of winbind users coming from the AD, but after rereading smb.conf(5) man page, I can see that this directive apply only to local accounts (that is, those that exist only in winbind and not in the AD).
