uninstall xen 4.1.2
hi all,
i just wonder, after searching the online resources, if there is any paper
describing howto uninstall completelly xen:
- xen,
- tools and
- stubdom
from a debian box. maybe also a brief description how to update, for
example, a xem 4.1.2 to 4.2 in a future step?
i use:

Migrating from mbox to maildir, which converter is compatible with dovecot
...ated all 472715 emails(in a test server) and later noted that dovecot
could not get the same flags/status of the emails as in the mbox.
I was using perfect_maildir.pl and I think its not dovecot fault. Seems
to me that perfect_maildir.pl convert the emails in a way that dovecot
could not understand completelly.
So, my cuestion is, which mbox to maildir converter can I use that
is compatible with dovecot 1.0alpha5 ?
Thanks

Errors while compiling packages with namespace?
...n?
My question is: how do I know where is the error in my code, given this
message: "syntax error in line 21" while installing NAMESPACE. Obviously, it
is not in "line 21" of any of my original code files in ./R (because I can
source them all without error). At this point, I am completelly lost. Any
help would be welcome. This package contains several hundreds of lines of
code, and NAMESPACE is quite complex:
importFrom(svMisc, listCustoms, getTemp)
importFrom(R2HTML, HTML, HTMLhr, HTMLInsertGraph, HTMLli, HTML.cormat)
importFrom(utils, browseURL, methods)
importFrom(lattice, lset)...

R Wiki and R-sig-wikii
...le, but rather complex Wiki engine used in many big companies). The
Web site http://www.wikimatrix.org/ is excellent to compare most popular
Wiki engines. Using this tool, and after a couple of trials, I settled
on DokuWiki: both simple enough (PHP only, plain text files) and
powerful (and also completelly customizable/expandable through plugins).
Currently, Detlef Steuer decides to set its ancestor R Wiki as read-only
to the benefit of the DokuWiki prototype (the idea is to move pages to
the new one and fuse the two R Wikis in a single one). Although I am not
sure everybody is completelly convin...

Hi,
I have found this Asterisk thing on the internet today, and I wonder if we
can solve our problem with this cheeper, than with a conventional PBX. I'm
completelly new to Asterisk...
The situation is the following:
We have a little business, we work only two in the office. We give a call
center service to our customers on land telephone line, but we don't pay

well, at 128kbps bitrate, it's only 6 seconds of data. 30 seconds would
have been more reasonable, how does everybody think? it might have to be

WoW under wine and winecfg segfault
I am using wine actually only to play WoW on Gentoo Linux. On my desktop PC that works, but on my laptop the program crashes. This appears to be a fault in wine, because I cannot even use winecfg - it segfaults immediately:
Code:

online tutorials
I work for a Investment group with a very extensive training program and
we are having our new hires take a statistics course at University of
Chicago where they have to complete some assignments with R. I was
wondering if there are any online tutorials that exist where we could
get our participants comfortable with R before the class itself? I
appreciate any help at all.
Thanks,

Completely isolating P2P/BitTorrent traffic
Hi all,
I''m tring to isolate P2P traffic, specifically BitTorrent, for my QoS
scripts. I can''t seem to completely isolate ALL BitTorrent traffic.
I identify & mark packets and then use tc filters to put them into
appropriate classes. My firewall rules (below) do the markings. My VoIP
boxes'' and ICMP traffic get highest priority (mark 1). Then comes DNS, SSH,
