...re that is using Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan with asterisk? I have one there connecting using a digium 4 port fxo card. We can get and make calls. the problem is that about 40% of the time when we make a call - even if it is one that we have made recently - we get back "That number can not be compleeted as dialed" or something like that in Chinese.
