Load Balance Outbound AND Inbound Internet Traffic to one location over multiple links

instead of the "server" sending / manipulating packets to go to three
destinations, it''s taking a complete (sub)network of 16 or so IP''s and
sending them directly to one computer.

Packet Level Load Balance inbound/outbound success with nth and route
...to divide across more than two
links, just duplicate / modify the lines as needed.
Computers behind the client can now be given public IP''s in that
range, set their gateway to 66.81.23.1, and they''re up and running on
both lines.

Just set up this linux box, and trying to get wine going. Is

public network redirection over multiple links to a client
...;'m sending traffic back out to the internet with a
destination address that would normally be routed back to me, makes me
think that i need to use some kind of tunnel.
If anyone has any ideas of what utilities i should use to accomplish
this, your direction is much apprecitated.
