I am having an issue with a windows app I installed. I am running wine 20050310 on kubuntu Edgy. Everything in the app seems to be functioning fine except com1. After installation of WeatherLink 5.7.1, I try to communicate via COM1 but the program can't find it and even not test with a loop plug in COM1. When I reboot my system with xen with the following options to xen and vmlinuz, xen.gz com1=115200,8n1 console=com1,vga vmlinuz console=ttyS0,115200 console=tty0 the system hangs up while booting the dom0 kernel.
