What is the best way to have 1 phone check multiple voicemail accounts. I am using polycom 650 phones, and am wondering if mwi can work when checking multiple accounts. -Chris Sent from my BlackBerry? wireless handheld

I have a test asterisk system setup using X-Lite Soft Phones, and the issue I am running into is that caller id shows up as "asterisk" on all incoming calls and on all local to local calls (internal). When I load the asterisk 1.4 gui and log into "/asterisk/static/config/setup/install.html", it tells me "No Analog ports has been detected on your system". I have 2 Wildcard X100P cards that are properly installed. Ztcfg shows no problems. Hi. I've been researching very deep into SLA in Asterisk 1.4, and am unclear as to if the feature exist. I know the commands and configs are available, but there is no documentation, and I've heard that it will not be supported until 1.4.1. Does anyone have a definitive answer on this? If it is available, is there any documentation on the feature? -Chris

I'm running into an issue w/ Buddy status on Polycom IP650 phones using buddy status (with SIP Hints) on Asterisk 1.4. Sometimes the status on the phones will "stick" in the busy status. I have noticed that I can call that extension & the status will reset (sometimes). Anyone else encountered this or anything similar. -Chris

I've looked over EVERY resource I can find, but have run short of a solution. I'm running CentOS 4.4. Just installed Asterisk 1.4 and Zaptel 1.4 and libpri, but when I run ztcfg I get this error: line 0: Unable to open master device '/dev/zap/ctl' I realize this is a udev error (or from what I've read), but I cannot find out how to resolve this.
