IAX configuration
Hi, I have some problems and doubts connecting two asterisk servers. I have one asterisk (serverA), with 1 sip client registered (clientA). I have another asterisk (sever B), with another client (clientB). Now I want to call from client A to B and from B to A. Searching in google i find many configuration examples. For instance: http://etel.wiki.oreilly.com/wiki/index.php/Peering_two_Asterisk_servers_using_IAX There are hundreds of...

Deployment question: running multiple applications using symlinks, what does my lighttp.conf look like?
Hi, I''m looking to run several installation of a rails app. Each one has certain unique elements, like database.yml some and some css stuff, possible some templates as well. I''ve set this up like /w/sites/clienta /w/sites/clientb /w/sites/clientc Inside these directories there will be mostly symlinks to: /apps/myapp Urls for these apps will be: http://clienta.example.com http://clientb.example.com http://clientc.example.com Is it best to have each installation have it''s own public/dispatch.fcg...

how to work with Code Repositories, but for web development?
...ly use it to its full potential, so I'm sure I could benefit from it more. So, the question is, what is a good recommended setup to go with? Web based access to all the files would be nice, then we could access it from outside the LAN on HTTPS. And how do I use it to my benefit? For example, clientA wants to make changes to Project1. Now I have a Project1 in the CVS tree (is this the right terminology?), and make changes to file contacts.php - what now? Do I need to create a subfolder called 1.2.2 (for example), and add only the updated file in this folder, or do I copy the whole Project into...

xp clients can't auth after reboot without smb restart
...ts in an authentication window, but no correct user/pass is accepted. If I restart Samba, then the share is mapped using the workstations login credentials. Logging is set to 3 now, but I'm not even sure where to look. For some reason, restarting the daemon allows authentication to pass from clientA to Samba, but clientB is able to access the share at the same time(and vice versa after clientB has been rebooted.) My smb.conf is here: http://pastebin.ca/1888385 What could be causing this behavior? Thanks, M

Crossover cable: single point of failure?
Dear community, I have a 2-node gluster cluster with one replicated volume shared to a client via NFS. If the replication link (Ethernet crossover cable) between the Gluster nodes breaks, I discovered that my whole storage is not available anymore. I am using Pacemaker/corosync with two virtual IPs (service IPs exposed to the clients), so each node has its corresponding virtual IP, and
