Configuration is not applied notice: Finished catalog run in 0.01 seconds

puppet master. All similar servers I recently installed didn''t have any
problem. I installed puppet agent on the server and sent a sign request.
SSL cert is signed but when I run puppetd manually I get the following:

initial cluster setup
Hello list!
Just pulled down ocfs2 this morning and installed it on two RHEL 4
2.6.9-34 systems. I have followed the manual, but am not seeing some
things it describes and am not sure what the problem is.
I guess my first question is - do I need to have a partition formatted
as ocfs2 on all nodes in the cluster for this to work?
I have formatted a partition via ocfs2console on node1, and

...my Network.
It hast the IP 192.168.5.2 and 192.168.1.3
The Clients of it should get the IP4s from 192.168.5.10 to .100
The Second IP is to connect to the Gateway...
The other server has the IP 192.168.1.2. It should give the normal
Computers their IP4s with 192.168.1.10 - .100
How can I say the Client4s/Server that the one server is for the first
clients and the other for the others???
Because when I turn on the Linux Server, all Clients in the Room get the
IP from it.
