[LLVMdev] [!] Breaking changes to GC infrastructure

Specifically, the renames are:
Collector -> GCStrategy
CollectorMetadata -> GCFunctionInfo
CollectorModuleMetadata -> GCModuleInfo
CollectorRegistry -> GCRegistry
Function::getCollector -> getGC [setGC, hasGC, clearGC]
Several accessors and nested types have also been renamed to be
consistent. These changes should be obvious.
