Im embarking on a 4 month project with xen which involves the following
objectives:
1.>Creating a tool with GUI that allows
a)starting,stopping restarting domUs
b)maintaining a status log of domUs
c)migration of dom Us

High Number of VMs
...makes live migration possible but without the cluster
file system or cLVM complexity. The thing is that Linux has a 255 SCSI
device limit apparently (255/2= ~128 with multipath) and that won''t
scale in big installations (300 VMs for example).
Any experiences on this scale?

CTDB and PDC Role
...rving. Now it sounds nice to have
active/active nodes. The best configuration example of a CTDB cluster
I've seen uses an external AD DC for authentication, that's why I
doubt about this feature mixed with CTDB.

Configuring Xen + DRBD + Corosync + Pacemaker
Hi everyone,
I need some help to setup my configuration failover system.
My goal is to have a redundance system using Xen + DRBD + Corosync +
Pacemaker
On Xen I will have one virtual machine. When this computer has network
down, I will do a Live migration to the second computer.
The first configuration I will need is a crossover cable, won''t I? It is
really necessary? Ok, I did it. eth0

Loadhistory problems
History files saved using nFile Save History do not open when using File Load History. I notice that when they are saved they do not seem to have a file extension and there is no option to chose an extension. Is this a problem. Other than this it seems so simple that I can't see what the problem is. I've tried using loadhistory and savehistory with the same problems. The syntax guide

I have written a function to plot data which will be used for various different chemistries.
A simplified version is:
plot_data <- function(risk,levels,chem,sd2,measure){
plot(risk, levels,main=paste ("per", sd2, measure, "\n in usual", chem))
}
The problem is with the title.
This works fine if the variable "chem" is just text, but if it is an expression then

Jitter Buffer beginner question.
...d to the timestamp and the packet span. I'd
use with nb decoder 160 for the span but, what about the timestamps?
Somewhere I've read that the timespan increments are meant to be in
milliseconds, so I should increase the timestamp value of each packet
increseing it by 20 ? Or by 160?
Thanks, Ciro.
