How can I label only the datapoints for 'CAN' and 'AUS'?

Point labels
Hello,
Is there an option I can easily set to put labels next to the points in a
simple plot?
The closest I got to it was to use the option pch, but this replaces the
point symbol with the character specified, and it is not what I want.
Thanks

Rsync and ssh with passwordless authentifikation
Is it possible to konfigure a passwordless authentifikation in kombination
with ssh.
for example:
to a specific folder on a server named server1 has only user1 access.
the user1 only exists on server1.
server2 wants to replicate a foler from server1 to himself.
the rsync process uses the rsync_user, which exists on both machines.
the rsync process asks every time the job runs for the password

Proposed patch for ?Extract
...ethz.ch/pipermail/r-help/2019-February/461725.html
I am attaching a proposed patch against the trunk version of Extract.Rd, with wording added to the "Matrices and arrays" section, to note that indexing these object by factors behaves in a manner consistent with vectors.

Ext3 code for 2.2 kernels
Hi:
We are using ext3 on a set of machines running a 2.2 kernel. We are
running 2.2.19 with the ext3-0.0.6b patch. All has been good until we
moved to a new type of machine. Can someone point us to the latest 2.2
patches? We'd like to look at the changelogs between 0.6b and the
latest to see if the symptoms we are seeing may be addressed under the
latest patch.
We cannot move to

Linux Virtual Server and EXT3
We are looking to set up a cluster of machines using LVS and running
EXT3 on each machine. Does anyone have any feedback on doing this? Any
known gotchas?
The stable version of IPVS kernel module is for 2.4.12.
The latest stable kernel in 2.4.16
The latest patch for ext3 is for 2.4.14 or 2.4.17pre2.
Any suggestions on what combo to try?
Thanks,

You should also consider updating your R installation, as 3.6.0 is well over a year old at this point. 4.0.3 is the current stable release.

...to be a new issue, I am wondering if one of the Fedora maintainers on this list can confirm this and perhaps when the change may have occurred.
If this is correct and not a Perl installation issue or other error, I may need to add this Perl module to my CRAN package moving forward.
