DTMF Tone Lengths
...ends out the audio path?
Are there any phones that would allow me to hold the "Buttons"
in and generate the tone for the entire length that it was held?
I have exhausted my friend "Google" and I think maybe I just am not
searching correctly, certainly others have crossed this chasm.
Thanks for your direction in this matter.

Oops, forgot to release 0.23.3
Hi all,
It was brought to my attention that the front page lists 0.23.3 as the
stable release, but that no such release exists.
I could have sworn I released this a few weeks ago, but now I can find
no evidence of that.
I''m going to publish it from the latest commit in the 0.23.x branch as
soon as possible (probably in about 12 hours), so if anyone wants to
get that last-minute

Dear Maintainer,
after a clean install of bullseye/testing the xen dmesg shows the following message:

Bug#988477: xen-hypervisor-4.14-amd64: xen dmesg shows (XEN) AMD-Vi: IO_PAGE_FAULT on sata pci device
...While I cannot state any
information in `xl dmesg` can be used to compromise systems, nor can
point to hardware serial numbers or other private data which leak in, it
still triggers the TMI detector.
As such I'm uncomfortable with that being public and I don't know any way
to bridge that chasm. If I was an installation of 10K nodes I wouldn't
be too bothered with details of a single test machine leaking, alas I'm
not in that category.
I could also send someone a pair of SATA devices known to manifest the
issue, but that has failed to generate interest. As such I'm stuck....

[RFC PATCH 0/4] Inter-guest virtio I/O example with lguest
Hi all,
Just finished my prototype of inter-guest virtio, using networking as an
example. Each guest mmaps the other's address space and uses a FIFO for
notifications.
There are two issues with this approach. The first is that neither guest
can change its mappings. See patch 1. The second is that our feature
configuration is "host presents, guest chooses" which breaks

uniqueness validation perplexity
I want to write a validate routine to check to enforce that a position
must be unique in a category. (In another category, it doesn''t have
to and shouldn''t need to be unique.) I write this code which works
happily for new items:
def position_in_category_not_unique
@items = Item.find( :all, :conditions => [ "category_id = ? AND
position = ?", category_id,

Licensing and Copyright
Hi all,
I fear this discussion will quickly devolve into a recursive flame-
fest, but it needs to be broached, so here we go. Note that I kind of
think this is more of dev topic than users, but I want to make sure
everyone knows the conversation is happening and can easily
participate. This is also likely to be the first of a series of
conversations I''ll be starting to try to
