situation with ivr and four-channel gateway
...gt; it is possible that the call is transferred to another channel? > > Channel 1 : XXXXXXX1 "Main Number" > Channel 2 : XXXXXXX2 "other" > Channel 3 : XXXXXXX3 "other" > Channel 4 : XXXXXXX4 "other" You just need to use call groups. In your chan_extra.conf (if it's an OpenVox) or chan_dahdi.conf, add something like group=1 to the definition for each span. Now in the [globals] section of your dialplah, have something like MOBILE=EXTRA/r1 for an OpenVox card, or MOBILE=DAHDI/r1 for other makes. Now you need your Dial() statements...

OpenVox G400P network registration problems
...ns, the result appears in the Asterisk CLI). Do you know of a way of hard-resetting it? (The obvious "ATZ" does not work, neither does "gsm power off 1" followed by "gsm power on 1"). Software versions: Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.6 Asterisk 1.8.11-cert5 Dahdi 2.6.1+2.6.1 Chan_extra 2.0.5 (Yes, these are all a bit out-of-date; but they worked before. All I did was swap over the SIM cards.) -- AJS Answers come *after* questions.

Recommendation for extension mapping on inbound T1 line
Converting this customer from a MiTel system to asterisk. Discovered that the inbound calls from the T1 are going to extension 366. (This was mapped in the MiTel for some arcane purpose.)
