Hello, Recently we changed the IP address of our Solaris server and our NT server to change over to a new VLAN IP Scope. Servers where shutdown and restarted, everything looked fine, email web browing, ping etc... SUN Server 10.0.0.3 -> 10.27.3.3 NT Server 10.0.0.2 -> 10.27.3.2 The Samba smbd and nmbd processes restarted fine. No other changes. Can no longer connect to mapped samba

...ildly recommend against using 1.9 on an OS it's not been tested on, and 1.9 predated HP/UX 10. You should update your samba to 2.0.7, try it on on a test machine and migrate it to the HP. I'm working on the first of a few Samba machines for our network. It's running RedHat 6.2 and Samba 2.0.7. On the NT 4.0 side of things I can see the machine (with the correct name) if I do NET VIEW or look in the Network Neighborhood.
