Asterisk, HylaFax and Cardiff
I'm looking for a way to use our implementation of HylaFax on Asterisk with
Cardiff (an old installation of Cardiff document stuff).
Is someone doing that?
If no one has direct experience, is there a HylaFax client that emulates
WinFax print-to-fax?

Samba Problem
Hi
this is really a last resort as I'm literally pulling my hair
out over AIX and Samba and cannot find any threads on this particular
issue.
Basically we have 3 systems running AIX 5.1 and Samba 2.2.7
We upgraded one system to Aix 5.2 and everything works no problem.
Upgraded the next two and both will not join the domain using
the smbpasswd -j domain-name -r ny0000000 -U

[CAVPDiscussion] OT: BT to replace legacy tele com infrastructure with open, standards-based VoIP switches
Just hit Slashdot:
http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/06/08/1725215&threshold=1
http://money.cnn.com/2006/06/07/news/companies/pluggedin_fortune/index.htm
>From TFA:
"But what's really cool about what will happen in Cardiff - and eventually
the rest of the U.K. - is that BT is creating an open, standards-based
platform for which anyone can develop new applications. In other words, the
phone has the potential to become more like the Internet with its
proliferation of cool new Web sites, tools and services."

Problems with E100P
Hi,
I'm having trouble configuring and E1 link , I know the E1 is a PRI
and the switchtype is 5ess. The problem is that everytime I try to dial
I got and error saying that it was unable to open the zap channel .
Devices are created in the /dev/zap directory and I can open them with a
cat /dev/zap/1. I can also see the channels in /proc/zaptel/1.
Thanks in advance

RHGS CTDB joining AD domain - AD computer objects
Hi,
We have a couple of RHEL7 gluster storage servers with samba/ctdb. Both
have joined the domain successfully (the ctdb service was started and
net ads join issued on both).
A container was created by the AD admin and I specified this using
createcomputer=OU when I issued the net ads command on both machines.
As far as I can tell on the RHGS servers everything looks OK. However

Coefficients:

Any suggestions as to why lmList matches the linear fits rather than the GLM fits would be greatly appreciated. I'm using R2.2.1 with lme version 0.98-1 in Windows XP.

Coefficient names when using lm() with contrasts

which are much more meaningful than ones based on integers.
Can anyone tell me how to get R to keep the coefficient names based on the
factor levels whilst using contrasts rather than labelling them with
integers?
