Dear all - I am looking for some information about ISDN in Venezuela. I need a small Asterisk system with 2 ISDN channels at our offices in Venezuela (Caracas). Can anyone advise me on the best option? I am getting mixed reports - I am told that a BRI will cost me 1000 US dollars per month! An E1 significantly less, but the person there is not very familiar with telecoms. Can anyone familiar with the local telcos in Caracas advise? Many thanks Tim

List, Does anyone know how to add the dst Country to the CDR's via Macro (preferably). For example, I will add a column in the cdr DB table and when someone dials 01158212XXX. ...one little problem is not an excuse to use another tool. I downloaded these 4 files: app_rxfax.c app_txfax.c asterisk.patch spandsp-20061130.tar.gz for use with asterisk 1.4 (these are the 1.4 files) I installed spandsp, copied app_rxfax and app_txfax into /asterisk-1.4beta3/apps my question is what do I do with asterisk.patch? I tried to put it in the apps directory also and run "patch < asterisk.patch" and it gave me an error.

Did you try liveice? I'm using it without problems. I didn't try another one, but I can suggest you liveice. In my case I'm taking the output from an radio set which is connected to a sound card. I have a very weird problem between Liveice and Zope. I start LiveIce with a script shell that works well. Since I want to run it under a Zope page I made a Zope "external method" to run the script through a Python module. When I call the method, the script is called by a function in the python module, and runs, but LiveIce does not work (seems like it does not even start). The weird

Hello, I've had no luck finding an R package that has the ability to estimate a Tobit model allowing for heteroskedasticity (multiplicative, for example). Am I missing something in survReg? ...specially if you have Mandrake and KDE, because Mandrake set up artd (a sound server for KDE) by default. You should also check out the permissions for /dev/dsp.
