Wizard like data entry
...ter having searched the forums I couldn''t find any solution to
this problem:
I want to implement a multi step form across models.
Step 1: Enter requested username/ password/image etc - User model
Step 2: Enter Employer Job Conditions information - EmployerJobCondition
model
Step 3: Enter Canditate Job Conditions information -
CandidateJobCondition model
In the third step only I want to store all the informations.
The problem is if a user is created in step 1 and then exits his browser
during step 2, thus a record in the users table is dangling, no good.Any
suggestion for wizard like data...

best centos server setup for graphics intensive kvm vms?
...een running fedora for donks as my production laptop os, but now
I want to set up one of those old laptops to run as a home server
running a number of home type vm appliances. I don't want to risk
having to tear down and rebuild the setup every 6 months to a year -
so, figure centos is my best canditate to run as a stable server.
The sort of home type vms I envisage running include:

Vortexbox https://wiki.vortexbox.org/available_images
ownCloud https://owncloud.org/download/#owncloud-server-appliance
freeSwitch https://freeswitch.org/pages/vm.html

Can I encode now?
I saw the news about release 1.0 coming up this weekend, but was wondering
if there is any reason not to encode now with the pre-release software I
have. I want to use CDex with its Ogg support ("Ogg Vorbis DLL Encoder
version 1.04, engine 1.04) to replace my MP3 files with Ogg -- and would
like to start this weekend while I have the time.
Any advice or suggestions appreciated...

You are jumping to conclusions. Nobody pays me a single cent to package
R for Nix; I do that purely as a hobby.

Samba and admin users performance
Hello,
I have a performance problem when I don't connect using root and/or a user
in the "admin users".
Configuration:
Samba 3.5.11 running on SLES11SP1. The share exported is on a GPFS
filesystem and the GPFS vfs object is loaded(not loading it doesn't change
the described behaviour)
clients: Windows 7 and Windows 2008R2 all at latest update level.
