UK Disconnect supervision with TDM400P
...if I get an
incoming call through my bt line, and the remote party hangs up, I get
approx 20secs of the bt line hungup tone before asterisk hangs up, which
leads (if nothing else) to the well documented 20secs of beep on vm problem
:)
I have tried: busydetect=yes / busycount=7 / other busycounts /
callprogess=yes but none of these make any difference. I have
loadzone/defaultzone=uk and country=uk in indications.conf and fxs_ks
signalling.
I've seen mention of the different BUSYDETECT flags in the * Makefile, but I
can't seem to find exactly what they do, or whether they're likely to

Strange FXS disconnection problem.
...#39;s in, and both cards have the
same strange problem. After 2min 40seconds (always: within +/- 1sec)
they drop an outbound call. Inbound calls are not affected... they stay
up as long as required.
I've seen a fair bit of chatter about similar kinds of problems
sometimes being related to callprogess detecting false hang-ups, so I've
made sure this is disabled in Zapata.conf but it seems to have had no
effect.
I was running a slightly older version of zaptel/asterisk (1.2.0) and
I've upgraded to the lastest build, but also with no success.
Anyone's thoughts very much appreci...

Ring/Off-hook in strange state 6
...o be ok with it, but
the other one when an extension picks up there is no one there and the
incoming call keeps ringing. I tried to adjust the levels in wcfxo.c like
someone had suggested, but it didn't do anything. I also upgraded zaptel to
the latest. 1.2.18 and asterisk is running at 1.2.14. callprogess is set to
no, as well as busydetect=no. This is a major problem since this box only
has 1 other line, but at least it works. I can't seem to find much info on
this issue. I can't believe others haven't run into it. I started a ticket
with digium, but I guess they are pretty backed up....

Getting Asterisk to automatically dialout
Hi,
I'm trying to get asterisk to auto-dail out. I created a *.call file
with the the top of it being "Channel: Zap/1/2609944", which should have
connected to Zap channel 1 and dial out to 2609944, but It did not do
so, asterisk would say a call was completed to Zap/1/2609944 but I never
heard that phone ring. So I tried just putting "Channel: Zap/1" at the
