seek problem
...es stream_decoder_finish() call the function seekable_stream_decoder_set_defaults_() which clears all callback pointers? In flac 1.02, I had to set the callback pointers only once, but in 1.03 I have to set them after every decoder_init()/decoder_finish() pair. Is this intentional or a bug in 1.03? BTW2 - I still think that it would be better if seekable_stream_decoder_seek_absolute() wouldn't call the write callback. And finally, a function like seekable_stream_decoder_process_frames(decoder, numframes) would be useful, IMHO. - Peter.

...network got 5.5MB/s (ie over half of wire speed). Neither host is particularly fast (500MHz-ish) and the transfer was CPU bound. Perhaps Cygwin limits the speed someplace (maybe disk, network or pipe IO?) It would be interesting to compare the performance of a native Windows client (eg PuTTY). BTW2: RAID5 writes are CPU intensive (calculating parity) so if you're using software RAID5 that won't be helping either (and I'm not sure if the CPU for that will get charged back to the writing process either). ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee fo...

R and Clusters
Dear All, I hope I am not asking a FAQ. I am dealing with a problem of graph theory [connected components in a non-directed graph] and I do not want to rediscover the wheel. I saw a large number of R packages dealing for instance with the k-means method or hierarchical clustering for spatially distributed data and I am basically facing a similar problem. I am given a set of data which are the
