Explorer - DirectX and ActiveX
...I'll be running a web project in a future that has a "3d city" built in. Unfortunately the makers of this 3dcity were enough braindamaged to make it as activeX component, so it only works for IE users. The first rational step was to install explorer with ies4linux script and it works briliantly (IE6)! The activeX component does install and start, however it is saying there is no directX9 installed and then I'm stuck. This is log I get in console when new window launches with plugin: Code: fixme:msimtf:ActiveIMMApp_OnDefWindowProc Stub (0x10064 7 1005a 0) fixme:hook:I...

Sticky Problem SER/Asterisk
Trying to find a solution to a sticky problem here. We have 3 OpenSER systems. Phones register with the OpenSER systems, and after they authenticate the user, pass the registration info using OpenSER's send() command to all Asterisk boxes sitting behind them. Each asterisk system then knows about every phone. For this to work, I had to turn off authentication in Asterisk for both

2.0.5a configure bug fcntl test on automounted source dir
Hello, I believe that I have found a bug in the 2.0.5a configure process. If the source tarball is extracted to an automounted directory, and you run configure, it will fail the fcntl_lock test, resulting in this message at the end of the configure process: WARNING: No locking available. Running Samba would be unsafe To verify that the automounted directory is the problem, I put an "exit
