hfc-pci/zaphfc: Asterisk hangs with signalling bri_net_ptmp but not with bri_net
Please forgive me, if I misunderstand the problem completely. Following instructions in several german blogs, I want to configure Asterisk with a hfc-pci card, an old NTBA and an ISDN phone as a SIP device. It seems that I have to set signalling in zapata.conf to bri_net_ptmp. When I do this, Asterisk will hang if started with -vvvvc, the last lines of output being: [res_features.so] => (Call Parking Resource) == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/features.conf': Found -- Registered extension context 'parkedcalls' -- Added extension '700' prior...

ISDN: Inband DTMF doesn't trigger transfer feature
...day) which runs a Junghans QuadBRI card [1]. To get this flying I got dahdi-linux, dahdi-tools and libpri from SVN as well. After a while of juggling it "works". What doesn't work: connected ISDN devices (Gigaset phones connected to QuadBRI with a port in NT mode, signalling via bri_net_ptmp) can not transfer calls by pressing "#". SIP phones can. I'm at a point where I can't even get *any* output to debug. I went through the relevant configs as good as I can a couple of times but am out of ideas. I'm guessing that this is somehow related to either Asterisk n...

quadbri NT_mode S-Bus Problem

Internal calls between to ISDN phones on the S-bus is not possible. The phone rings but the call is dropped as soon as it is answered. Can the signalling= bri_net_ptmp be the cause and how would I configure it for bri_net? Does anyone have a working configuration that overcomes thoses problems? ...de - works fine. brustuff is 0.2.0-RC7k Anybody knows what can be the reason ? I used florz path - helped me to make zaphfc driver running with APIC turned on. However NT mode didn't work @ all, maybe because of my asterisk was in a different version than the florz path (RC7k , RC8a). Putting bri_net_ptmp in config hanged up asterisk. Probably this is a problem of different releases, however is there anybody having asterisk package with bristuff RC8a for DEBIAN ? Or just a short howto built it ? Or maybe there is RC7k florz patch ? Building packages is not yet my strong side ;-( Regards, Marcin

Dial internal phones problem - zaphfc
Sorry that I wrote in german : Ich benutze asterisk mit dem zaphfc Treiber.
