Hoi, I am trying to get a 32 bit Debian Etch system up & running with kernel 2.6.26 from backports. The system boots fine with 2.6.26-bpo-1-686 but cannot boot with 2.6.26-bpo.1-xen-686, see below. The Xen kernel loads the disc controller (dpt_i2o) OK and detects the RAID array successfully but still can''t mount its root filing system. ...simply didn't find it in the update notes. Hi! I screwed up version numbers of subpackages when switched to building all components from samba sources. This has been reflected in the changelog entry of the last update (the -5 one). The -4 upload was the first single-source build uploaded to bpo. This is where I noticed the issue, and spent quite some time to fix it, - uploaded the fixed version yesterday late evening, to both unstable and bpo. Everything should be fine now.
