Hello,
Is anyone using slider.js from script.aculo.us? I don''t understand how
to integrate it into a form in rails. I want to do something like
adjust (slide) age from 16-100.

Updated lighttpd to 1.4.9 - error running dispatch.fcgi
Hi all,
I just updated lighttpd from 1.4.8 to 1.4.9 and it now refuses to
start with the following error:

domU with gigabit ethernet or recommendations?

Which does gives 100Mbps performance. Is there any way to specify the
device type within the domU? The dom0 nics are Broadcom NetXtreme II
BCM5708 1000Base-T.

[OT] correspondence analysis w/ non-mutually-exclusive categories
Greetings, again. This is not strictly an R question, so please feel free
to ignore it if you like.
My question is about the substance of correspondence
analysis. Specifically, is it appropriate to use ca on a matrix of values
such that the columns and/or rows are not mutually exclusive? To be more
detailed:
- The standard use of ca is illustrated in the example of corresp() (from

RailsCron 0.2 plugin
I received feedback from some of you, saying that it would be cool if
RailsCron was even easier to manage. So I implemented a graceful
start/restart inside of the plugin''s init.rb. If you don''t like it,
