Help building online game
Now I just need some helpful hints from the community as to what I could use to display a hexagonal playing field of about 40x40 hex units. Trying to build an online strategy game with Ruby on Rails. Working out the methodology on paper and then scaffolding some. Any ideas which technologies I could possibly use ? other than just simple .gifs as icons and maybe overlayed css graphics ? Would

Hardware RAID Controller
Hi Everyone, Has anyone had any experience of using the Promise FastTrak SX4000 or SuperTrak SX6000 IDE RAID Controllers under Centos (if it matters I'm using version 4). I've seen it listed on linuxcompatible.org as working but would prefer to find out any first-hand experince before I buy. I'm looking to build a new mini server based on Mini-ITX and have found a great 1U case

Hi everyone, I''m currently investigating re-writing our School CMS application in Rails and the only drawback I can see is there isn''t an ample supply (if any) of WYSIWYG In-browser editors written with a raw Ruby backend. We currently use KTML4 which is written with PHP as a base. I''m interested to hear from anyone who''s integrated a PHP based editor into
