Thanks! Migration UWimap -> Dovecot report

PAP2/Sipura XML Provisioning File
...e, setting them up took a while, and changing settings on them also takes a while. In order to prepare for future deployments, I'd like to use XML provisioning (or any kind of remote provisioning). I figured since Sipura/Cisco won't release the utility to create the file unless you're a bigtime reseller, my only option is to use a XML file. Does anyone have Sipura/Linksys ATAs sample XML files? Thanks in advance for any help. Regards, Gonzalo.

https://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/CodeNames/ > If you're running a recent version nouveau, you can find your chipset by doing dmesg | grep -i chipset. This will always be correct, whereas the lists below are approximate. # dmesg | grep -i chipset # Not true anymore I guess. What is the 'GP' in 'GP107' if 'NV...' are the code names? # dmesg | grep -i nouveau

keep.source.pkgs()
...options() says that keep.source.pkgs defaults to TRUE if the environment variable R_KEEP_PKG_SOURCE is set to `yes'. So my next experiment was to stop R, set this variable, restart R, and then type ``vignette''. Bingo. Comments appeared, and attr(vignette,"source") was there bigtime. However attr(arima,"source") was still NULL (and of course comments were non-existant). Apparently the functions in stats get ***loaded*** from a binary file ``all.rda'' (in the .../library/stats/R directory) rather than getting read in from ascii files. (One hesitates to ask...

kernel 2.6.9-42 is faster
Gents, Under 4.3 and the associated kernel it took 17 seconds to recompile my entire application on my amd 4800+ X2. Down from 1 minute and 20 seconds on my old platform. I just tried under the new 2.6.9-42 kernel and it is 15 seconds. So that modification to the kernel for disk improvement seemed to help my compile time... Just sharing... Great work on 4.4. Jerry

MySQL problem when using Dovecot as proxy
Hi, I have just installed Dovecot as a POP3 proxy with great success. Its works flawlessly when i keep to the standard but since I am proxying a Microsoft Exchange 2003 (because the build-in POP3 in MS sux bigtime) I would very much like to use account names like: DOMAIN\username and this doesn't work when I include that in the MySQL table. In the logfile it clearly writes DOMAIN\username so its some kind of translation between dovecot and MYSQL. Any suggestions. I another solution would be to allow al...

Something's failing bigtime - GL can't allocate a texture or other buffer. Not really enough info here, but perhaps something interesting in dmesg after this happens. I'd recommend using xf86-video-nouveau though, instead of modesetting, since it doesn't involve trying to use GL all the time. -ilia

How about this version? + dovecot: Added --log-error command line option to log an error, so the error log is easily found. + Added mail_log_max_lines_per_sec setting. Change it to avoid log throttling with mail_log plugin. - Changing message flags

BackgrounDRb 0.2.0 Release! Complete rewrite.
Hello Folks- I am really happy to announce the release of BackgrounDRb 0.2.0 . This is a complete rewrite and re-architecture of this codebase. I want to thank skaar for all of his hard work. I put out a call for help with the new architecture and skaar stepped up bigtime. I had already written the new scheduler and cron compatible syntax and moved to multi process architecture. But he took what I had that wasn''t very whole and did a whopping 100 svn commits to the project! Big ups to skaar for this release! = BackgrounDRb 0.2.0 !! Note that this i...

File copying under WIN98
with the Samba3.0.12 release i encountered the following problem : when i try to copy a file from a samba share to the local disk then the process hangs with the windows-message "Preparing to copy" (my translation from the german message). In a WIN98-DOS-Windows the copy command hangs too, but the file is created. The copying from my WIN-XP HOME works. My previous installed version

Release of centos-3.3 ISP bill
It turns out that the release of Centos-3.3 was so popular, that it threw us way over the threshold of our ISP's, and now we are stuck with a _very_ large bill (as in an estimated 6TB of transfers). While in one hand I am ecstatic that we are so successful, but on the other hand, that is coming out of the developers pockets. The developers should be the last ones footing these bills (and this

Alrighty.. ALMOST there! :)
So, a friend pointed me to the patch for sock.c:533, and that patch went a LONG way in fixing the streaming problems I've been experiencing (on solaris 8/sparc.) Thanks so much for that! Now, I think that *sending* the stream is now squared away, but I think one problem remains on the receiving end of things. I use the perl streamcast utility to stream my playlists, and tracks sound great.

How do I configure shorewall to work with VoIP SIP?
Hello, Let me first start by saying Shorewall is awesome, and I use it everywhere from single box firewall, to home network firewall, even to our corporate firewall. I am experiencing a problem getting my home firewall to work with my BroadVoice VoIP connection. I use the Sipura SPA-2100 ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) that came with my BroadVoice account. This happened when I tried to replace

RoR sucks, and heres why...
...R than it did in PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, etc. It seems so unnatural that I can have a method with only 4 lines of code, and three of those were error handling - YET it does what it should, no fuss, no muss. 3. I use to worry about giving my client an estimate and then running over the alloted hours BIGTIME. Now, RoR has me UNDER the hours consistently. I feel so dirty now still giving my old school estimates that ASP smashed into my head repeatedly knowing I had to hand hold it all the way. 4. I can finally take those jobs that require "the other" databases like Postgresql, MySQL, et...
