virStoragePoolRefresh() returns before or after all new vols on path discovered?
Basically, does virStoragePoolRefresh() api 'block' until the pool has
refreshed itself (eg added any/all new volumes found in the pool path) or
can it return early before the refresh is fully 'done' ?

[PATCH] Make "xm mem-set" be lower bound on domX-min-mem
This patch causes "xm mem-set" to be lower bound on domX-min-mem option
in xend-config. Another configuration option called domU-min-mem has
been introduced, which works similarly to dom0-min-mem. This is prevents
users from freezing the system when doing "xm mem-set" on very low
values like 32M.

which vols added to storage pool during refresh?
...into the vol-list. But not this one problematic vol, so clearly there
is something about this vol that libvirt doesnt like and why it is
(deliberately?) not added to the pool.
What checks, etc does libvirt make against vols when determining whether
to add them to a pool?
