C-index and Cox model
...any similar measurement suitable for Cox model? Also if I use C-index statistic to measure the predictive power, is it a time-dependent value (i.e. do I need to calculate it for each time period?) or we can calculate it as a single value for the whole model ignoring the time? Thank you so much. Bessy -- View this message in context: http://n4.nabble.com/C-index-and-Cox-model-tp1774155p1774155.html Sent from the R help mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

offlineimap with dovecot and sieve
...te IMAP-server and a local dovecot-IMAP-server by offlineimap (with both types = IMAP), which works very well. But it seems, that my sieve-scripts on the local dovecot server are not recognised by this combination. Schoenfeld Residuals with tied data
...I validated my results with R using the same data sets. However, I found that my results for non-tied data was ok but the results for tied data were different from R's. How does R calculate the Schoenfeld Residuals for tied data? Could someone give me some hints, please? Thank you so much. Can't disable chroot to 'empty' dir, but need to... how to do it?
Hello all... I've installed dovecot on my ISP's shell server, and am using SSH tunnelling so that I can retrieve my mbox-format mail from procmail-processed mailboxes on that server (normally I just ssh there and read them locally with pine, but now that I have a phone with an IMAP client, I wanted to be able to read it more easily there). The problem I'm having is, although it's

offlineimap with dovecot: file-time is one hour in the future
I use offlineimap to sync my remote IMAP-server with my local IMAP-server (maildir format). But I don't understand this behavior: every new mail in the INBOX has a file-date which is one hour in the future. Is this 'normal'? Is this a problem of offlineimap? I tried this debugging (for dovecot): mail_executable = /usr/lib/dovecot/rawlog /usr/lib/dovecot/imap and this (for offlineimap):
