If a user attaches a file and that email sits around for a while, say they attach the file first then write a 10 page email, it some how causes outlook to go berserk and won't let you do anything with the email (send, save, delete). If they attach the files and send it right away it works fine, its only if the file has been attached for a while. I login to the server via SSH (cant doit any other way) and anything that I type is slow HTTP sessions timeout waiting for screen redraw. So, the server is acting "slow". server is bare metal. no virtual services. no alarms in the disk raid note: server was restarted because of power failure.

Hi, i have a LDAP Master / Slave setup, but my roaming profiles are lying on the PDC. Whats the best method to keep the profiles in sync? Or should i use another FileServer for the profiles? what do i have to check in smb.conf for having profiles on a different machine? do i also need to move the netlogon dir? cheers juergen
