Outlook + attached files
...I can't find anything on.
One specifically is causing me some grief. We use exchange in our
organization, outlook is the email client. If a user attaches a file and
that email sits around for a while, say they attach the file first then
write a 10 page email, it some how causes outlook to go berserk and won't
let you do anything with the email (send, save, delete). If they attach the
files and send it right away it works fine, its only if the file has been
attached for a while. I've found that when it goes berserk I need only
remove the attachment and reattach the file to get it back t...

How to do a time-stratified case-crossover analysis for air pollution data?
...c. Due to the fact that the "approximate" method in clogit use
"breslow" for handling ties and not "efron"?
d. Due to that I've misunderstood how to arrange data when doing a
case-crossover, such that there is a way of using "exact", that wouldn't
go berserk due to the many ties (see #Berserk script at bottom).
e. The prize to pay for using a case-crossover analysis?
It should perhaps be noted that, because of the absence of individual
data, the exposure to air-pollution (pm10) is assumed to be common to
all individuals on a certain day.

Slow terminal response Centos 7.7 1908
Hey!
I have a strange condition in one of the servers that I don't where to
start looking.
I login to the server via SSH (cant doit any other way) and anything that I
type is slow
HTTP sessions timeout waiting for screen redraw. So, the server is acting
"slow".
server is bare metal. no virtual services.
no alarms in the disk raid
note: server was restarted because of power failure.

x-audiocast etc.
...or song titles going to be fixed any time soon,
or ever? Virtues of x-audiocast aside, I'd like to see some kind of
backwards compatibility.. when sc_serv is the server, it manages to stream
the titles to the players fine.. whenever I enable this stuff in icecast,
the playback goes totally berserk.. screeching, hissing, popping, and
generally going out of sync all over the place.

asterisk lock up
Hi list,
I'm currently running a site with Asterisk CVS-HEAD-03/29/05-14:49:04 in
a small call center environment and it works great. 3 queues, 25
agents, all using Cisco 79XX phones.
Periodically we have a problem where asterisk grinds to a halt and just
stops working. The problem starts to show when agents can no longer
login to the system. They enter their agent id and it hangs - they

is still fine. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks

It was found that the software NIC team created in Centos was having
issues due to a failing network cable. The team was going berserk with

customize to new data and questions. I expect, before students would be
as capable with R, it would take about 5 times as long. Hell, think of
the time we could save for students if there were a File/save as menu in
R? (Doesn't every new user go berserk the first time they try to save a
graph or print it in R? no offense intended, but it drove me crazy and
every other week or so somebody else wanders through in the same
quandry.)

Small Files/Load Average Information
...t clear them out. This means that the spool directories rapidly fill
with tiny files and by the end of the month there might be upwards of 5,000
files in each spool directory.
Since we have around eight people using Sage and, via the program, accessing
these spool directories then the server goes berserk. It got to the point
where we were looking at a load average of +8.0! Needless to say the whole
server started creaking.
Once we had got the Sage users to clear out the spool directories (this is a
unfortunately a manual process) everything went back to the normal 0.01 -
0.20 load average. The o...

solaris 2.6 printing
I have ran across a problem
that I cant resolve and no one else seems to either. I recently built
solaris 2.6 on
an ULTRA 1 Sun Box. I retrieved compiled and installed samba 2.0 from
their web site
I compiled with gcc and everything works well except for the printing.
Samba does deliver a file in my /var/spool/smbprint dir but nothing happens
from there no matter what lp or other commands I

BroadVoice configuration changes for Outbound

amount of problems to people in the way since they can't make outbound

your peers or friends, username, authuser, and secret.

Slowdown and errors
Hi all,
I am having some strange problems on a customer site :
I am pretty sure I disabled oplocks entirely - I don't like the idea of
them, and would rather have stable data.
The customer (5-10 users) runs Sage Line 50, and until recently was
getting numerous errors within sage. We have temporarily replaced their
switch and this has reduced the fatality rate and a few

linux-3.4-rc0 XENBUS: Device with no driver: device/vbd/51713
Hi Konrad,
I just tried linux-3.4-rc0 (linus his tree, last commit f52b69f86e27903d6896ed5fa7cd280fec8de532) with 3 additional branches from your tree pulled on top of that:
branch stable/for-ingo-3.4.v2 (required for dom0 to boot)
branch stable/for-jens-3.4
branch stable/for-jens-3.4-bugfixes
Hypervisor is xen-4.1.3-rc1-pre
linux 3.3 vanilla works fine
Booting dom0 goes fine, but
