Migrating zpool to new drives with 4K Sectors
Hi ZFS Discuss,
I have a 8x 1TB RAIDZ running on Samsung 1TB 5400rpm drives with 512b sectors.
I will be replacing all of these with 8x Western Digital 2TB drives
with support for 4K sectors. The replacement plan will be to swap out
each of the 8 drives until all are replaced and the new size (~16TB)
is available with a `zfs scrub`.
My question is, how do I do this and also factor in the new

Hi,
I'm interested from where Centos gets the source RPMs of updates for Red Hat Linux? I suppose that they are publicly available but where?

RTNETLINK answers: File exists
Hi List,
I am new at this and trying to set up shorewall.
I was using mnf-en to do it but it was using an old version of shorewall
(shorewall-2.0.8-2mdk) and didn''t have the features I wanted. So I''ve
installed shorewall-2.4.0-1mdk.
Other bits of interest:
iproute2-2.6.10-1mdk
iptables-1.2.9-8mdk
I''m trying to get the providers feature working.

Feature Request: Vista's Windows Flip 3D
...rough all the
windows and tabs on your system. Is there already a plan to create a
similar feature in Compiz? Also, is there a lot of study going into
how Vista's user interface was designed because it seems there could
be a lot to learn from it. Compiz could only benefit from such a
study.

work; I suppose the MP3 degradation only applies to MS encoding software...

this may, however, provide a good leveraging point for Vorbis.

iPhone arm optimizations
I'm trying out speex on the iPhone, and it seems to work great!
But I'm trying to do speex encoding at the same time as a bunch of
animation, and I'm just barely keeping it realtime.
To give myself some head room, I'd like to try to get the arm
optimizations compiled in. But I haven't had success. Before I list
off all the things I've tried, has anyone gotten this to
