Back-leveling error?
...).
So after a bit of playing that did not seem to do anything, I figured
out to:
rpm -U --oldprogram libtiff-3.6.1-8.i386.rpm libtiff-devel-3.6.1-8.i386.rpm
and this seemed to work:
rpm -q libtiff
libtiff-3.6.1-8
But now things seem to be even more 'broken' if possible.
Did I do the backleveling the right way?
How do I check?

Wine 1.2-rc?, nVidia, and WoW 3.3.5 Problems
Forwarding to list.
One of my concerns is that we don't direct users to scan the forum entries before they post.
This is just one example of 'me too' messages in a series.
And the maddening thing is that folks like Jim below, don't have the problem.
Several 'fixes' have been posted to work around what originally appears to be brokenness in Wine, starting about 1.1.44,

Re: COMCTL32: fix for dreamweaver's site dialog
Thanks again for fixing that Mike!
Since the need to use the native common controls had been around so
long, and you seem to have stomped the problem so thoroughly and in
record time, I thought I'd take a minute to point out two other issues
I've noticed in the app - in case they're not well known bugs.
1) It won't start without using the native msvcrt.dll. It hangs on

Wine 1.2rc5 World of Warcraft crash
Hello all,
My wife and I just recently went 100% Linux, meaning that we no longer dual boot to Windows for our regular gaming addiction.
One of the games we both enjoy is World of Warcraft, and it has so far worked a charm using Wine 1.2rc5 (we started using Wine at 1.2rc3), but today the game was patched, and now it crashes on login.
Some data:
Wine 1.2rc5
Slackware 13.1 kernel 2.6.33.4

More current version of bluez
Centos continues to fall behind in with the state of bluetooth development.
Nothing new from 5.1 to 5.2.
Has anyone got a more recent version working and have compile and rpm
build instructions?
Here are the rpms that I have:

bluez-hcidump-1.32-1.i386.rpm

Wine folder wrong
I keep getting this error
[Image: http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o83/Ladydragon1976/Linux/wine_error.jpg ]
I am using opensuse 11.3 and I had Yast2 install it for me. and it puts .wine under my home folder "/home/jennifer/.wine/"and does not write it to the Doc folder. Is there any way in KDE 4.4 to change the path for that. I tried right clicking it but no option there to do
