Trying to get audio into Steam
...9;ve tried tricks mentioned used on the Arch Linux Steam page and have merely gotten a brief buzz noise before Recettear boots, then I get a wall of text saying the following (if I don't use the nice command mentioned on the Arch page):

but displays the name of another directsound dll. The dlls are always within
