Queue Agents on Remote Asterisk server?
...heir voicemail answers the call, and the main server detects this as
an answered call and assumes the agent answered. This is obviously
not what I want, as I would like for the call to roll to one of the
other agents. Has anyone come across this before? Solutions?
Thanks!

What extra zones etc do I need?
I know there is a lot of info here and if it doesn''t make sense then tell me, but
any help with this is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

directory permissions
...t the directory owner to the users
group in the domain and everything was happy. Even though I did this:
net groupmap modify ntgroup="Domain Users" unixgroup=users
I still cannot set users as the owner. i even created a user called users
and tried to fake it, but no dice.
Ideas?

Adding an 'official' CentOS image to the Amazon EC2 (Electronic Compute Cloud)
I'm starting to use the EC2 cloud (as are others) and noticed that all
the available CentOS images seem to be of dubious origin.
I think it would further the reputation and popularity of CentOS if it
were represented in an official way.
In case people aren't aware, when you create an AWS (Amazon Web
Services) account there's a management console that shows a list of
available images.

XP Pro - Domain Login ... great trauma and sorrow
I really think this is a Windows problem, but since my very good friend Bill refuses to return my calls ...
The client is WinXP Professional
The server is RedHat 7.1 with SAMBA 2.2.2-8
I have rtfm several times both the ENCRYPTION and PDC-Howto, and I think I have implemented all of the requisite registry and passwd/smbpasswd/smb.conf settings.
The client will happily JOIN the domain, but my

Samba shares are case-sensitive in Windows = bad
Hi,
I am a Samba newbie using 3.0.27 and noticed that Samba allows me to
create directories in Samba shares on Windows that have the same name,
but different case. For example, "TEST", "tEsT", "test", and "TESt" are
all permitted directory names in the same path (root directory of the
Samba share). This seems like a bad thing since Windows itself does

[PATCH 2/5] x86: Convert some slow-path static_cpu_has() callers to boot_cpu_has()
From: Borislav Petkov <bp at suse.de>
Using static_cpu_has() is pointless on those paths, convert them to the
boot_cpu_has() variant.
No functional changes.

Can''t load specfs
...boot/solaris/bin/create_ramdisk -R /be-mount-point"
can fix this problem.
Is it a known issue? Is it caused by the unstable/bad USB disk?
I just wonder if there is a way that I don''t need to suffer from it any longer.
Please let me know if I can offer more info on my side.
Thanks,

Share permissions
Hello all,
I have a SAMBA share called "share_a" and it is working fine (below is a
snapshot of it):
[share_a]
path = /shares/share_a
browseable = no
valid users = @group_a @group_b @group_c
write list = @group_a @group_b
read list = @group_c
create mode = 777
directory mode = 777
Inside this share there's a lot of sub-folders.
The problem is: How can I give to one of these

Invoking a remote (AJAX) action via double click

:ondblclick => "window.location.href = \"#{url_for(:controller

But this will forward the window to the new page instead of making an
AJAX request. Any ideas?

Digium acquires Switchvox
As you may have heard, Digium announced this morning that it's acquired Switchvox, a well known provider of Asterisk-based phone systems. Since several people have already asked me about the deal, I figured I'd let you all know my feelings on the matter. First of all, let me say that I personally think this is a great thing for all the parties involved. Obviously this gives Digium a

LatencyTop
I see Intel has released a new tool. Oh, it requires some patches to
the kernel to record
latency times. Good thing people don''t mind patching their kernels, eh?
So who can write the equivalent latencytop.d the fastest? ;-)

File share access problems
Greetings,
Since rebooting our samba server last night, we are no longer able to
access the documents on the private or public file shares. A Word document
is giving an error like:
The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions:
* check the file permissions for the document or drive
* use the file open dialog box to locate the document
This is happening for all

text_area_tag not escaping content by default
I stumbled on the fact that text_area_tag does not HTML escape its
content by default. For example:
text_area_tag "body", "</textarea><script>alert(''xss'');<script>"
If you try that, you''ll see that the content is inserted literally.
Considering the fact that the tag helpers all encode their attribute
values by default, does this
