Password Login Failing... (Not sure this went through)
Appologise if this did make it to the list but I just subscribed and
didn't see it come back...
I am attmepting to install ssh/sshd on my RH6.1 Intel Box. Everything
seems to be working (not quite smooth sailing - I had to resort to
precompiled RPM for OpenSSL). I did however get it "working." I
generated a host key as root and then changed back to joe-user. I created
a key for joe-user. I...

Newbie to Com32: libcom32.a not linking
I'll start off by saying that I'm very new to com32, but I'm having
difficulty linking the libcom32.a library into an executable. I'm using
syslinux-3.11, I copied the libcom32.a library into my directory and here's
the output of my attmept:

YASP (Yet Another Samba Problem)
When I attmept to mount a PC (W2K) share via my fstab, I get the
following error message on the mount:
"Unknown parameter encountered 'file'"
Truth be told , samba is becoming more and more frustrating. The only
thing I have been able to successfully do is to make visible my NFS

Error in toSOAPArray(obj, con, type = type, literal = literal, ...) :

Third attmept: To bypass the above error as well, I then changed serviceType to
string. SSOAP then actually made a successful call, and the webservice returned
a response. However, now SSOAP failed to deserialize it with the below error

Samba and printers and god knows what else...
...shares on linux land and from w2k land.
When I go to my w2k box, I can see the printer (printer1), and I have
the correct printer drivers installed. When I double click on the icon
to try a test page, I get the following error:
"printer1 on Clyde Access Denied, unable to connect"
When I attmept to test through smbclient, I get:
smb: \> print quay.txt
Error opening local file quay.txt
The previous fix sent to me to check the Adobe drivers had no effect.
This is simply an access/permissions issue. I am using BSD as my printer
spool mechanism.
Any suggestions?
Joe
