astweb cdr's mysql.sock problem
Hi,
I am trying to install the astweb.php but I am always getting into the same problem:
Warning: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111) in /var/www/html/astweb.php
Yet mysocket is in tmp/mysql.sock as specified in php.ini !?
mysql.default_socket = /tmp/mysql.sock

Asterisk Management Interface... Do you want one?
Hi All,
I realize there has been much talk about Asterisk web interfaces in the
past, and there are even a few created such as vmail.cgi and Astweb.
However, coming from the perspective of trying to convince upper
management of a large multinational company to convert its entire phone
system over to Asterisk, the question keeps coming up...
Is it easy to manage, configure, and monitor in real-time?

Bandwidth ? + Doc + cdr
Hi,
How much bandwidth do I need for 1 conversation ?
I know it depends on the codecs, in X-lite I can see a codec called gsm, and
the grandstream aha analog/ip converter have a codec called 721.
Doc. I have found the asterisk handbook, but only a draft from marts 2003
anything newer ?
Guides/howtos are welcome as well.
anyone have a php interface to accounting ?
