lua assist
Hello, For Lua inclusion in Syslinux an idea to ship with an com32/lua/assist directory and an com32/lua/patches directory. In the patches directory patches against a pristine lua tarball and the assist dir contains scripts for further tayloring. This is what I have in mind: | milleune at inertia:~ | $ git clone http://www.stappers.it/tracking/syslinux/.git syslinux-lua-stappers | milleune at

extracting text from wordnet using synonym()
Dear group, There are postings on extracting partial string using sub()/gsub()/gsubfn() but I still couldn't figure this one out. Supposed I am pulling the synonyms of "help" using synonyms("help") from wordnet and get the followings: > synonyms("help") [1] "c(\"aid\", \"assist\", \"assistance\", \"help\")"

CentOS 7 package not present in Red Hat EL 7 - qt-assistant
I'm using CentOS 7 for development of software that is sometimes used on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. I conjunction with an update of one of the applications, I asked some Red Hat users to install the Qt 4 Assistant application via the qt-assistant package (which is used by a "help" function in our software.) It seemed like there was no such package in the Red Hat package set, however, and I also see no mention of it in "package manifests" like https://access.redhat.com/documentation/e...

Asterisk Assistants Custom Icon
I think I need to clarify what I meant by custom icon for the Asterisk Assistants in my earlier posting. On the Mac an Assistant is what the Windoze world calls a Wizard and there is a generic icon for it - the front of a dinner suit with bow tie, the one you can see on the Wiki. However, many of Apple's own assistants have a little mark in the lower right corner of the g...

R can't find some functions in assist package
Oh yes. The "load package" under the "packages menu" in the Windows version does that. To check I typed "library(assist)" after starting R. Same behavior, ssr is found, but others like predict.ssr, and plot.ssr, give a "not found" message. Thanks for the suggestion. Mike

[PATCH] HAP: Add global enable/disable command line option
Also, correct a copy&paste error in the documentation. Signed-off-by: Andrew Cooper <andrew.cooper3@citrix.com> --- This patch has been in the XenServer patch queue for a long time. It is more for debugging purposes than anything else, but is still proving to be valuable for tracking down bugs with HVM paging operations. diff -r 5af4f2ab06f3 -r e6ec5b2b717f

Assist on R-2.0.0 /64 bit AMD/SuSE 9.1
Hi Folks, I compiled and installed Assist-0.1.0; I'm using R-2.0.0 running on SuSe Linux, on a dual AMD64 machine. However, I (apparently randomly) get segmentation faults when I use cubic2. Any ideas? Thanks Simon -- Simon D.W. Frost, MA DPhil Adjunct Assistant Professor Department of Pathology University of California, San Diego UCSD Antiviral Research Center 150 W. Server Assistant from Dell?
Hello, I'm planning to install centos 4.2 x86_64 on a Poweredge 2800. This system comes with a EFI utility partition and has software called Server Assistant wich helps you to install your OS so that things like RAID and such can get monitored in an 'indepent' way afterwards through this EFI partition. When booting into the Server Assistant (the software is on a linux liveCD btw) I get the choice between a couple of supported OS's like MS...

Assistant access
Does anyone have a clue how I might set Dovecot up to allow another account to have read/write access to my INBOX and one other folder? I want to set things up so my assistant can pre-scan my post-Spamassassed email to remove more spam from it. Thanks! Doug

Asterisk Assistants for Linux or Windoze???
RE: [Asterisk-Users] Are there any graphic designers on this list? Mark Paterson wrote: >Is there an Asterisk Assistant for linux or windows? It wouldn't make sense to create Asterisk Assistants for Windoze (it'd probably be called Asterisk Wizards, btw) because Asterisk doesn't run on Windoze. As for Linux, we are currently looking into that. The Assistants are built using the Cocoa framework which i...
