Functions on matrix row level
Hi together, I have some data in a matrix structure - say 1000 rows with 10 columns. And I like to do some calculations (like max, avg or min) on row level. The only solution I found so fare was using a loop like for (i in 1:1000) { max[i] <- max(matrix[I,]) } It looks like that this is not very fast. Does an other way exists? Kind regards Ulrich

[LLVMdev] need to store the address of a variable
Hello everybody, my problem is, that I want to get an array of pointers to all local variables in a function. This array will be used for transfering these Variables to another execution engine. I've code which generates this array, and a pointer to the target field of the array. name = variables.fname + "_pointerArray"; Instruction* pointerArray = new

Deriving Samples from specific, not implemented PDF for a QQ-Plot
...ight in the way I see the problem? Or How can I modify the qqplot function, (or rebuild for myself) to get it going? I'm sure, this is very likely just a misunderstanding problem from myself, but anybody who can shed further light on this is very welcome. Build on Itanium fails
Hi Guys, I hope this is the correct mailing list for this question. I have a dual 1.6 Ghz Itanium with 4 Gb of memory. Yes, a lot of power for Asterisk. I am running SuSE Enterprise Server with the 2.6.5-7.97-default kernel. I have just started to look into Asterisk and I am in the building stage. Now building something on Itanium is almost always a bit of a challange. This is unfortunately

Samba Standalone Server LDAP Issue

Hi Guys, I have noticed a weird behavior in 1.4.12. When using Authenticate or DISA in the dial plan the channel immediately switches to gsm format (if you request a password) or slim (if you run DISA without password). The debug log says... =============================== [Oct 14 21:23:00] DEBUG[9013] channel.c: Set channel SIP/1970xxxxxx-0821aad0 to write format gsm [Oct 14 21:23:00]
