does RMySQL support the MySQL String Column Type TEXT ?
...|
select,insert,update,references |
+----------------+-------------+------+-----+---------+-------+-----------------
I access it via:
rs<-dbExecStatement(con,"SELECT * from UserClick")
res<-fetch(rs)
Things go wrong withthe URL entry which is of type text;
$Engine

Any ideas of how I could fix that would be highly appreciated. If it's
not yet
implemented, if you give me a few indications, I would implement it.
Thanks,
Armin

One host for forwarding only without keys

> "Subnets" at all.
If somebody breaks into C, he could get access to the vpn network, right?
Because the keys are there, it will be possible to use them to get access.
Even if A-B connections via C are not decrypted, connection A-C and B-C are
still possible, right?

I am using tinc 1.0.
Switching to 1.1 makes sense then.
Can C then be completely without keys, forwarder only with not access to the
network at all?

[LLVMdev] [ LLI / MCJIT] re-initializing of lli ...
Hi Armin,
Argument parsing isn't handled by the JIT. This sounds like you're making
redundant calls to cl::ParseCommandLineOptions ?
Deleting the ExecutionEngine and any RTDyldMemoryManager instances that
you've created should be enough to reset the JIT.
Cheers,
Lang.

chan_capi-cm-0.5 release announcement
...name extention 'cm' to avoid
confusion with kapejod's version.
This first release is 0.5 (not 0.1) because the base is 0.4.0.
Only the major and the minor number will be used. The exception to have a
third number (patch-version) will be added for fixup-patches only.
Feedback welcome.

...nticated metaconnection, which tinc might or
might not be prepared for. If you really, deeply care about the integrity
of the link between A and B and you want to protect against a full
compromise of C by a determined hostile party, I would not recommend such a
setup.

performance observation on redhat
...500000 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/inet_peer_threshold
There is a trade-off here. A too small value causes too many delays from inet-peer-storage cleaning
and a too big value makes life well for some limited time, but when it hits you, it becomes really expensive.
Did you ever see this?

[LLVMdev] getPointerToGlobal() / MCJIT
Hi all,
are there any plans to correct/implement the "getPointerToGlobal()"
method for accessing global variables that are emitted by MCJIT?
(see for details the unit test of MCJIT)

One host for forwarding only without keys
...ost C.
There is no need for host C be in routing of tinc vpn, it just shall
forward the encrypted packets to another host when needed.
Is it possible to setup a host as part of a tinc network without the
access to the packets (decrypted)?
Or do I need to setup some other kind of tunnel for this?

OT: reverse DNS error for lists.digium.com
Hello,
sorry for beeing off-topic here. But can anyone confirm that
there is a problem reverse resolving lists.digium.com (216.207.245.17) ?
Because of this problem, my mail server will not accept mails from
lists.digium.com (it is configured to accept valid DNS only).

text works with the postscript device?
...rld")
works fine.
Now I would like to have the same as a PS file.
postscript("foobar.ps")
plot(12)
text(5,5,"Hello World")
dev.off()
Gives me a PS file with the plot -- but without the
"Hello World".
Why? I'm completely clueless.
Ciao & thanks
