R igraph

igraph edges busqueda

A desktop Centos remix
...This has been brewing since the summer and it's starting to get ready. :-) I've backported a lot of packages from Fedora and Rpmfusion and I bundle several other repos, too, resulting in a big range of software available, including but not limited to: LibreOffice, VLC, MPlayer, Shutter, Arista, Java, Flash, GParted, extra wifi drivers etc. You can read (just slightly) more about it here: http://li.nux.ro/stella. I'd love to receive any feedback. Cheerio! Nux

Typical setup questions
All, I am curious what is used typically for the file system replication and how do you make sure that it is consistent. So for example when using large 3TB+ sata/NL-sas drives. Is is typical to replicate three times to get similar protection to raid 6? Also what is typically done to ensure that all replicas are in place and consistent? A cron that stats of ls's the file system from a

rdma or tcp?
Is there a document with some guidelines for setting up bricks with tcp or rdma transport? I'm looking at a new deployment where the storage cluster hosts connect via 10GigE, but clients are on 1GigE. Over time, there will be 10GigE clients, but the majority will remain on 1GigE. In this setup, should the storage bricks use tcp or rdma? If tcp is the better choice, and at some point in the

Homegrown Hybrid Storage
Hi, I''m looking to build a virtualized web hosting server environment accessing files on a hybrid storage SAN. I was looking at using the Sun X-Fire x4540 with the following configuration: - 6 RAID-Z vdevs with one hot spare each (all 500GB 7200RPM SATA drives) - 2 Intel X-25 32GB SSD''s as a mirrored ZIL - 4 Intel X-25 64GB SSD''s as the L2ARC. -
