Hi Dmitry and the list, would you (or anyone owning such a device) be able to validate the below patch: https://alioth.debian.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=310613&group_id=30602&atid=411542 Most notably, it's about the paths changes: -#define APCC_OID_IEM_TEMP ".1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4.0" -#define APCC_OID_IEM_TEMP_UNIT

NUT HCL List
Hi All! Just an update! The snmp driver seems quite happy with an APC AP9618 managment card in an APC Smart-UPS RT 5000 XL UPS. I have an APC AP9630 to test in the near future so will give and update on that one too! APC AP9617 SNMP returns strange errors
...hem all. community is ok as I can see auth messages in the ups if I use the wrong community. When get those errors above, I do not see any errors in the UPS' logs. I have no clue what's happening here. I can see this on both UPS which have 1kVA and 1.5kVA and AP9617 (that is the same as AP9618 that is supported with the exception of env montoring). We are using Debain wheezy (not yet the stable) and nut 2.6.4-1 and snmp-stuff 5.4.3-dfsg-2.5. Is there someone who can help, please?! Thanks a lot, -lutzn

SNMP And SuSE

Incidentally, the remarks in the snmp-ups driver man page that say "APC AP9606 APC Web/SNMP management card, perhaps others" could definitely use updating, since the driver categorically works with the AP9617 card. Since the AP9617 card is programmatically identical to the AP9618 and AP9619 cards, I'd say that it's safe to claim that the driver works with all three. One more note. I flashed the AP9617 firmware to the latest "apc_hw02_aos373_sumx372" version. I'm using V1.0 SNMP. No idea whether V3.0 SNMP works. Eric Wi...

some fixes, improvements, and new features (EPO and DYING) for NUT
Here are a series of my recent changes to NUT. The first few in the set are primarily little fixes and improvements. In among those are a few for .gitignore files which of course you can ignore for SVN, and there's one for a commit to a generated file which of course should not be tracked in any VCS. Then there are a couple or three to do with generating the header files used by
