2nd attempt - Repairing vorbis files
Hello,
No public anwer came to my previous post, and my problem is urgent, so
I'm trying again.
I'm using Ogg Vorbis since 2000 and some of my files appear to be
damaged - at least some players reject some of them (WinAmp,
Quintessential Media Player beta 116). Is there a repair tool for
Windows which could rebuild vorbis files so that they all could be
played in WinAmp, which is very

Is answer() necessary ?
...caller has to pay for 60 seconds of 'ringtone'.
On the other hand, sometimes an incoming call is send to a macro where
the caller is given the opportunity to leave a voicemail message. It's
to late to answer() the call in the macro, but I guess the
voicemail()-application automatically anwers the call ??
How about an IVR-prompt and a queue ? Do I need to answer the incoming
call before playing a voiceprompt and before sending it into a queue ??
Greetingz,
Jonas.

[LLVMdev] How to include IR parser and optimization passes in my project
Hi,
I am a newbie in LLVM.
I am very impressed with this forum and appreciate your help and time.
I am trying to include llvm IR parser in my codebase, the way I wanna
do is generate llvm's shared object (.so) file and use it in my
project.
So far I haven't been able to generate correct .so's.
When I build a debug build with gmake (have llvm and clang in my
sandbox), I get the

simplifying a GLM-removing categorical variables
...different levels). In the model, 5 of the 6 levels are
significant and one is not.
How should I simplify my model? Do I need to take out the whole category
(i.e. all of vegetation type), or just the level that is not significant
(but how would I explain this biologically?)
Please spell out any anwers simply, I am new to R,
Thanks very much

Problem with IE forms over SSL: rails + lighttpd
..., rails, lighttpd
(server on OSX Server, client on XP), then I get a "This page cannot be
displayed" message from IE after some delay and nothing shows up in the
rails or lighttpd logs. Cutting the number of checkboxes fixes the
problem. Safari works fine. I''ve googled for anwers and apparently
there is an upload problem for IE/SSL which the
server.max-keep-alive-requests = 0 is supposed to remedy. I''ve also
tried server.max-keep-alive-idle = 60, as suggested by other authors,
but to no avail. Is anyone else running into this problem? Is there a

Why would Webrick use 0.0.0.0:3000 instead of 127.0.0.1:3000 ?
Someone working through my Rolling with Ruby on Rails tutorial is having
this problem. Does anyone know what could cause it? I pasted the text of
his message below.
Thanks,

Grandstream GXP2160 + SRTP
Hello,
I am trying to setup a Grandstream GXP2160 IP-phone with secure calling
(SRTP).
Secure signaling SSIP for registration is working great !
I follow this guide :
https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Secure+Calling+Tutorial
But when I try to make a call with SRTP, I get stuck. There is an
initial INVITE which is anwered with a 401. There should follow a new
INVITE with a nonce,

Detect Answering Machine in Outgoing calls
I have looked and understand how to create an outgoing call by putting a
file in the spool. After searching the archives, I came up with stuff about
predictive dialers, but nothing right on topic.
I would like to be able to detect an answering machine in outgoing calls so
that the message will restart with the beep. In other words, I want to send
a message to all of my customers, and if they
