Processing files with AlphaX and R 2.0.1
I am a volunteer developer for the text editor AlphaX
<http://alphatcl.sourceforge.net/wikit/>
and the author/maintainer of its "S+/R" mode. We recently received this
note from a user:

Cocoa GUI: pasting in R Console yields syntax error
...matter what the code
is. If the same exact text is typed into the console directly, I get
no errors.
I tried quitting the R session and restarting. The problem did not go
away.
I tried using a different editor, instead of the built-in editor.
After opening the file with my R code in it in AlphaX instead of the
built-in editor, I could see that the text typed most recently ( ie,
since the problem started) had a character that looked like an open
square or box at the start of most lines. I deleted these and can't

Dovecot Version Numbers - Let's drop the Alpha?
I'd like to make a suggestion. Let's drop the Alpha and come out with an
official version 1.0.
Here's my reasons. The 0.9x version are obsolete and people should be
using the 1.0 Alpha versions which seem to me to do everything the
