[LLVMdev] [PATCH v2] X86: disambiguate unqualified btr, bts

I don't give a shit about whether you think it is "absolutely wrong" or not; I did what hpa and the Intel manual outlined. If you have some _reason_ not to do that, bring it up. I reported four bugs a few days ago, and the community has shown ZERO (if not NEGATIVE)

At least with scripts you could conceivably hack it. From what I've read there is some ability to get systemd to defer to a script, I'm going to have to become an expert at that. Even as a former C

Bug?
Almighty Repo Maintainers, I believe the current repository version of Xen for Lenny stable may be afflicted with this bug, which prevents domUs from shutting down/rebooting properly. http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2009-01/msg00050.html What say you? Spandsp question ( re: compiling )
...9;}' token Using my amazing powers of comrehension, I'm getting that I'm missing the TIFF lib. I'm on fc2, so I do a simple yum search tiff. I then installed libtiff-devel, the only thing I didn't have installed, and I get the same error. Is that not the correct lib? The almighty google didn't help much, so I'm sorta stuck not knowing where to go next. Thanks! Sean

Self-signed TLS client certificates
.... You can try without generating a CRL. I see. I've done that now, but the effort required seems to be disproportionate. I'm just a single person. Requiring a full-blown CA setup is like cracking breakfast eggs with a car. Now I not only have to take care about my smartcard, but also of an almighty CA private key that could be abused to impersonate me and that's not on my smartcard. Don't get me wrong. Dovecot is great software, but I think that X.509 was most certainly not designed for the needs of small setups, up to a point where I find working with it just frustrating. OpenSSL...

CPU/VCPU sharing

In my config file I have specified cpus = "1-7" and vpus=1 in the hope that the 1 vcpu would be an almighty powerful one, but this isn''t the case. There is no errors booting it up, and [\047cpus\047, \0470-7\047] appears in the xend logfile. Problems with adding Windows printer drivers to a Samba box
...STER), I always get "Operation could not be completed" when attempting to add the driver. The logs show that Samba's conversation with the client attempting to add the driver results in a service (along the lines of ::{a34af-25df4-cdf4a-a65gc}) not being found. Oh Samba gods of ye almighty list, do ye have any wisdom to bestow upon us merely very experienced and grizzled administrators? The fact that my Samba server at this client's premises has required more than 30 minutes of my attention this year is very depressing! Regards, Chris

Reshaping genetic data from long to wide
Bottom Line Up Front: How does one reshape genetic data from long to wide? I currently have a lot of data. About 180 individuals (some probands/patients, some parents, rare siblings) and SNP data from 6000 loci on each. The standard formats seem to be something along the lines of Famid, pid, fatid, motid, affected, sex, locus1Allele1, locus1Allele2, locus2Allele1, locus2Allele2, etc In other
