i get couldn't load default_mp.cfg Any help ?

Looking at the page I see someone allready doing the Dutch translations, however there are a lot of errors in the translation when it comes to using past, future and present in the 8 string tables i looked at so far. Unfortunatly theres no information on how to contact the person in question to notify him about the mistakes. How would you advise to get this improved?

Sometimes when i change the loading bar stucks at end and it doesn't even the screen flicker to see if this going to load. fix this.
