ListenAdress Exclusion
I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on a simpler way to exclude
addresses from having listeners on them.
I know a lot of people have multiple subnets, especially larger
corporations.
Some networks are non-route-able, and therefor unsuitable for use with SSH,
aside from communication between other servers on the same subnet.
Given that we may want to exclude those non-route-able

rsync-2.5.1 / socket.c - unititialized variable breaks build.
In socket.c, the variable error is unitilialzed.
Also the variable length should be an unsigned int.

Announce: OpenSSH 6.5 released
Changes since OpenSSH 6.4
=========================
This is a feature-focused release.
New features:
* ssh(1), sshd(8): Add support for key exchange using elliptic-curve
Diffie Hellman in Daniel Bernstein's Curve25519. This key exchange
method is the default when both the client and server support it.
* ssh(1), sshd(8): Add support for Ed25519 as a public key type.

"rsync --daemon" and IPv4/v6 dual stack
on systems that has separate IPv4/v6 socket layer (i.e. IPv4 packet
does not get routed to AF_INET6 socket) rsync --daemon would accept
IPv6 sessions only. open_socket_in() tries to deal with the
situation, but it was not enough. here's the patch.
(it is required on all *BSDs to accept both IPv4 and IPv6 connections
with --daemon mode)

PATCH: multiple BindAddress
Hello all,
I recently have a problem with multiple addresses and address
families. Problem is simple, i have some hosts with IPv4 access only
and some with IPv6 access. This wouldn't be big problem if I had a
stable IP addresses. But sometimes I move to another network with
complete different addresses. So I created patch which on option
BindAddress accept list of addresses. With ip I solved

Improved diagnostics patch
Hi, all --
Here's a small patch that gives better diagnostics on the daemon side if it
fails to start up due to inability to create or bind the socket.
Presently, it gives a log entry indicating that no sockets could be bound,
but crucially does *not* have the system error message (i.e. errno) from
the failed call, making it difficult or impossible to determine the
problem.
I do have a

Asterisk 1.8 IAX Registration
Hi,
Have just been testing asterisk 1.8.0, 1.8.0-rc5 and a trunk version from about half an hour ago.
IAX Friends (Zoiper Softphones) don't stay registered for more than a few seconds they start out with status unknown and quickly become unreachable, I am using realtime with postgresql, with tables and configuration that have worked fine for IAX in 1.6 and a trunk release from a few months

[PATCH] X11 forwarding failure on later Linux dev kernels fix
Hi!
The return values from socket() changed from EINVAL to EAFNOTSUPPORT for
not supported address family in Linux 2.4.0-test8. This small patch fixes
the 'error: socket: Address family not supported by protocol' and
'Disconnecting: Command terminated on signal 11.' when enabling X11
forwarding.
Cheers
