Can vista client can negotiage smb2 protocol with the samba server?
Hi, I have a specific question about the SMB 2 (or CIFS 2 version protocol). SMB2 was introduced with Microsoft Vista and is a redesign of the older SMB protocol. Not able to add domain users to local groups

Hi, 1. Can any one please tell me how does winbind daemon decides when to create a new child process to service a request. I see that when winbind daemon starts it creates a new child process (apart from the main parent) to handle "WINBINDD_INIT_CONNECTION" command during its startup.
