Need help getting two NICs to work on CentOS 7
Hello all
Here is the scenario: We have a mail server VM which currently has two
virtual NICs attached to it. One NIC is has an IP on a subnet with a
default gateway defined and the other NIC has an IP on a different subnet
with a different gateway on a different VLAN defined. Now when I activate
both NICs, and run an ifconfig -a, I see that both IP addresses are

Gateway question
Hi
There is a Centos 7 up-to-date box with 2 interfaces, let's say
192.168.1.12 - enp2s0, 192.168.1.13 on enp3s0. Default gateway on enp2s0.
The gateway is pfsense, IP is 192.168.1.1 with 2 WAN connections
On the gateway the outgoing traffic is routed by source ip to different
WAN, 192.168.1.12 to WAN1 and 192.168.1.13 to WAN2
On the centos box are set all the route and routing rules:

Yes. Add a route file for each interface, and set up rules to send
packets out the corresponding physical interface:

You need one rule file per interface, which directs traffic out the
appropriate interface based on the source address of the packet:

Yes, but no :)
I do all this and working on LAN ... all traffic go in/out on the proper
interface ... the problem is when I try to access the internet on the
second interface ....
If I add "#route add default gw 192.168.1.1 dev enp3s0" all is good, but
cannot add that in rout...

outside ssh connection from two different ISP's
I have both cable and dsl service. The router attached to the cable service is 192.168.0.1 and the router attached to the dsl service is 192.168.0.254. I determine which service my computers communicate through by setting the gateway assignment to either of those addresses and it just works.
I can connect to my computers from the outside by port forwarding from my routers to the computer that I

routing with 2 public ips
Hello,
i have a server with 2 public ips on 2 devices.
I want that the request of incoming traffic dont use the default
gateway. Incoming traffic sould be answered using the gateway of the
incoming device
Could i realize this with firewalld? Or directly iptables?

Network configuration issue with second public ip on CentOS 6
Hi folks,
I have a server at Soyoustart.com (which is a brand of OVH). I run
CentOS 6.7 and have problems with network configuration.
I want to add a second public ip (failover ip) to the server and did
follow the instructions in the CentOS-section of
http://hilfe.ovh.de/AdministrationIpAliasHinzufuegen
After executing the required steps I'm not able to reach the host via
the second ip
