AMP 1.10.009 released!
...nstall guide, and documentation wiki. As usual, please use amportal-users mailing list for discussions about AMP: https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=121515 AMP 1.10.009 changes: - Optional separation of Devices and Users. Devices are endpoints (ie: phones), and can be Fixed (to a user), or Adhoc. Users are extensions, with options like voicemail. A user can log in to one or more Adhoc devices by dialing *11, and log-off by dialing *12. - "Custom" device technology support - this means devices that are not configured directly in AMP's admin can still be used (ie: SCCP) - A...

Chan_sip Entry
Hello, I am trying to get to Jain Sip softphones to call one another via an Asterisk server. When I call from phone 1 to phone 2 there is audio transmission both ways, but when I call from phone 2 to phone 1 I don't get audio transmission and reception both ways. When I look at the asterisk log file it has an entry which says: "Oooh, format changed to 2". Would anyone know why

[LLVMdev] LLVM Language Reference Strictness
Reed, On Oct 20, 2011, at 9:47 AM, Reed Kotler wrote: > I would like to see the many adhoc parsers in LLVM get replaced by ones > generated from grammars. FYI, this is very unlikely to happen. The parsers in LLVM were historically generated from grammars (bison, as I recall), and those implementations were removed in favor of hand-written implementations both because the latter we...

[LLVMdev] LLVM Language Reference Strictness
...I have documented it mostly from reading the source code. Beyond just using the grammar to document things I have some tools in mind later for specifying various optimizations using grammatical transformations that are then translated in C++ code for LLVM. I think also that I could replace the adhoc parser in LLVM with something better once we have a clean grammar for it using a parser generator tool. My little tool can be expanded to be a parser generator tool. I've written regular expression YACC type equivalents and can do any of those type. I probably will do a special one for thi...

[LLVMdev] LLVM Language Reference Strictness
> For the level of specificity you're looking for, just the source code itself. The LLVM IR language documentation is not, and isn't intended to be, a true language standard document in the same way that the C or C++ standards are. For any given case, check the docs first, and if your question isn't answered there, check the source code of the target(s) you're interested in.

ath(4) and 802.11g speed
So, with the updated HAL, I'm now able to negotiate an IP address via DHCP over the WLAN. Huzzah! But I've got two questions (now that I can use the card): ath(4) doesn't contain a list of media nor mediaopt settings that can be used. Some are detailed down in EXAMPLES, but there's no comprehensive list. (As well, and this is minor, the speeds are explicitly listed for 802.11a
