Samba as standalone server & problems with saving documents
Hi...
I wanna use samba 3.0.28 (on FreeBSD 7.0) machine just to serve some
shares with different content.
We have several users, and access to a share should be managed by the
unix group a user is in. so if the user is a member of the group

telemarketing application
Hi,
I have the following requirements I'd like to implement with asterisk:
1. Asterisk notifies interested PC's on the network that there's an
incoming call so that the telemarketing app can bring up the customer
automagically
2. If a telemarketer makes a call and the customer isn't there and they
arrange a callback, the callback is diverted to the originating
telemarketers phone

[RFC] virtio: Support releasing lock during kick
The virtio block device holds a lock during I/O request processing.
Kicking the virtqueue while the lock is held results in long lock hold
times and increases contention for the lock.
This patch modifies virtqueue_kick() to optionally release a lock while
notifying the host. Virtio block is modified to pass in its lock. This
allows other vcpus to queue I/O requests during the time spent
