bug en funcion 'agrep'
...etro max.distance permite controlar la
medida de aproximación de búsqueda de la función de Levenshtein. No
obstante, cuando hago búsquedas específicas no obtengo siempre el
resultado deseado y no se si es un bug o que no entiendo bien el
algoritmo de búsqueda. Por ejemplo:
> agrep("Acacia m1", "Acacia macradenia", value=T, max.distance=list(all=1))
[1] "Acacia macradenia"
> agrep("Acacia m1", "Acacia macradenia", value=T,
> max.distance=list(deletions=1))

check for item in vector
...ppose I have an vector like this:
animal <- c("Tiger","Panda")
I would like to know is there any function that check for the
existence of certain item in a vector.
e.g.
> func("Tiger",animal) # check for the existence of "Tiger"
TRUE
> func("Acacia",animal) #Acacia is not an item of the animal vector
FALSE
I know that it can be done by for loop. But I would like to know is
there any built-in function for that.
Thank you very much.

help with contrasts for a binomial 3-way GLM
....
I have a problem and I can't resolve yet. I am trying to get the contrasts for a binomial 3-way GLM (T= 4 temperature, t= 2 time and c= 2 substrate levels, plus treatment control) in total they are 17 treatments.
I have tried with the glht but this function only work for 1-way GLM,
acacia<-cbind(g,N-g)
> acacia1<-glm(acacia~tratamiento,binomial)
> acacia2<-glht(acacia1, linfct = mcp(tratamiento = "Tukey"))
> summary(acacia2)

Hello, i have the following list
strsplit(as.character(Elecciones$Municipios),"\\.")

[[3]]
[1] "CASANARE" "AGUAZUL"
[[4]]
and I would like to make a vector of the first element of each of the list

OpenSIPS on CentOS
Hello,
I've been looking into OpenSIPS to see if it's a worthwhile addition to our setup. We're currently running a cluster, using Heartbeat, between two servers. It works well but I'm interested in seeing if we can improve it. My manager heavily uses RPM's for installations rather than source, particularly using yum to update. I'm trying to actually install OpenSips via

E1 (Digium E100P) problem : B-channel succesfully restarted.
...ed on span 1
-- B-channel 0/31 succesfully restarted on span 1
I have look for in the source code to check the
meaning of this message but I haven't found anything.
The only thing that I could check, It's that T203=10
seg and T200=1 seg. For example, Cisco has T203=30
seg.
In http://www.acacia-net.com/wwwcla/protocol/q921.htm
I read the meaning of those timers. Could Asterisk
restart E1 because It don't recieve anything before
T203 finished?
My configuration is:
/etc/zaptel.conf
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16
I don't know if this behavior is correct. Can someon...
